Some good moments but left me feeling unsure
Don’t take this the wrong way, but my experience with them was a bit mixed. On one hand, they did give me a fair price when I sold some jewelry and seemed professional enough during our exchange. Still, I left feeling somewhat uncertain about whether I got the best deal possible or if there might have been better options elsewhere. It wasn’t exactly smooth sailing throughout and things felt pretty rushed at times which made me nervous that maybe they weren’t giving full attention to details or questions. Overall it was okay for what it was but not as great as I'd hoped for such transactions overall.

Could be better with more options and vibe
The jewelry buying process was okay, though I wish they offered more options for sensitive skin. Staff seemed indifferent at times which made the experience somewhat dull. Not bad but not memorable either.
