A mixed visit with slow assistance but good custom work
My visit to this jeweler was a mixed experience. They had a nice selection of pieces and seemed knowledgeable enough when I asked questions. However, the staff wasn't particularly proactive in offering assistance, which made me feel somewhat overlooked at times. The customization process took longer than expected but ultimately resulted in exactly what I wanted. Prices were fair for the quality though not exceptional deals or discounts available during my visit. It’s clear they care about their craft but could improve on customer engagement and communication overall. Still thinking about whether to return for future purchases since there are options elsewhere that might offer more personalized service., Plus, it's always good to explore different places before settling down with one that's just okay rather than outstanding, sometimes waiting pays off later!
