Friendly vibe but Pricing could use Some WORK
Had a decent experience overall, but I realized later that some of the pricing could have been more competitive. The staff was friendly and easy to talk with, which made the process smooth enough. A bit more transparency on fees would definitely improve things in the future.

The process of selling some old gold felt surprisingly real and straightforward. The staff was polite but didn’t go out of their way to make it memorable or particularly engaging. They offered a fair price, although I sensed there wasn't much room for negotiation. Everything about the transaction seemed genuine enough, yet it lacked that extra touch which might have made me rate the experience higher. If you're in a hurry or just want to offload some jewelry without complications, this place gets the job done adequately. Still, don’t expect anything extraordinary from start to finish; it's reliable but not special in any way outside being entirely authentic feeling overall.
