The staff was dressed casually in jeans and t-shirts, which made the visit relaxed. They knew their stuff but took a bit long to answer some questions. Overall solid experience with good product options. Nothing flashy, just plain reliable service that gets the job done.
Been buyin gold from them since '79, and they never dissapoint. super easy process n trustworthy guys! Gonna stick with em for a long time now.
