The staff was dressed casually in jeans and t-shirts, which made the visit relaxed. They knew their stuff but took a bit long to answer some questions. Overall solid experience with good product options. Nothing flashy, just plain reliable service that gets the job done.

Initially, I thought maybe I wasn't paying enough attention or didn't do enough research before visiting. It seemed like the staff was somewhat disengaged and not as eager to assist as I'd hoped. Maybe it was just an off day, but that left me feeling unsure about making a purchase there. Still, part of me questions if my expectations were too high for what should have been helpful guidance. Ultimately, I wonder if better communication or more genuine service would’ve made all the difference in turning this experience around. Somehow it's easier to blame myself for missing something rather than accept that perhaps improvements could be made on their side too.
