A mixed bag with room for improvement in communication
You know, I had pretty high hopes for the whole process. Setting up a Gold IRA should have been straightforward but ended up feeling more complicated than necessary. The online platform is decent and easy enough to navigate, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit inconsistent; sometimes responses took longer than expected or lacked clear explanations. While they did help me get everything in order eventually, there were moments when I felt uncertain about certain steps along the way. Overall it’s not bad if you’re patient and willing to put in some extra effort because their team does follow through eventually but could definitely improve on clarity and responsiveness throughout the experience.
