Nothing extraordinary but careful handling made all the difference
Good but not exceptional. The process was straightforward enough, though I felt a bit wary throughout. They handled my gold reasonably well, which is what mattered most to me. That tiny coin-shaped pendant they handed back looked so insignificant yet carefully wrapped with neat little bubbles and just the right amount of padding, oddly watching every detail made me appreciate their cautiousness more than expected.
