Unprofessional manager
Been dealing with this pawn shop for years kids even spent thousands ther. Just to have a manger tell me “I broke something and he don’t know what I got going on in my house but I must’ve broke a tv I just got” I’ve been a manager for years and never responded to a customer cause they the reason I have a job actually. I wasn’t tripping on the tv and went got one from Walmart right after. But the attitude triggered me.And an argument was started….I already have a speech disability and he’s cutting me off and talking in a loud manner. I wonder if I was a man would it still happened. Reported it to corporate just for the District Manager to see nothing his employee said was wrong. So,he’s comfortable with his male employees treating customers especially female customers with rudeness. Will never spend another dollar there. Will be call corporate back if I have too. Not putting too much energy in this but they loss a good customer.
