Decent selection and fair prices but could improve communication
Had some mixed feelings about my recent purchase. The selection was decent and the prices were fair more or less, but I found that communication could have been better more or less. Overall, it’s not a bad option if you’re looking for gold with no rush, more or less worthwhile depending on what you're after.

Glad my gold made it safely after some initial mix-up
After a bit of back and forth, I finally received my gold purchase. There was some confusion at first about where the shipment would go, I think they might have initially planned to move it somewhere else before final delivery. Once that got sorted out, everything arrived safe and intact, which definitely brought relief. The staff seemed knowledgeable enough but were a little hard to reach sometimes through online channels. Still, the process wasn’t overly complicated once details were clear. Overall fair in terms of pricing and service; just wish communication had been smoother from start to finish. It’s reassuring knowing my investment is secure now even if things could be more streamlined next time around satisfying experience all things considered
