Reliable for quick jewelry sales but communication could be better
Had high hopes for this gold dealer, and they definitely delivered on some fronts. They moved quickly when I needed to sell a few pieces and offered what seemed like fair prices at the time. The staff was friendly enough in person, making me feel comfortable during our chat. However, their communication afterward could use improvement; I had questions about my payout which took longer than expected to get resolved. All in all though it’s a solid place if you’re looking to unload jewelry swiftly but don’t expect top dollar or lightning-fast responses every single time. Still feels reliable enough for casual transactions with decent service tucked within an otherwise okay experience.
