Got some gold from this dealer recently. The process was smooth enough, and the staff was decent. Still, I wish they were a bit more transparent about pricing. Also, someone who shall not be named gave mixed advice that left me uncertain at times.
I was initially drawn in by the shiny appeal, but I guess that’s true of all gold dealers. The selection here is decent if you’re just browsing for something sparkly to catch your eye. They were friendly enough and answered my questions without making me feel like I had to be an expert. Prices seem fair considering the market fluctuations, though nothing blew me away or left me feeling completely secure about my purchase, yet. Still, they got the job done with a professionalism you don’t see everywhere these days. If you're looking for reliable service without any flashy fanfare... well, let’s just say it might work out nicely even if it doesn’t dazzle totally

The selection was decent but not outstanding. Prices seemed a bit high at times and the staff wasn't very eager to help. I guess that counts as fair enough for now, though it left me somewhat disappointed with my visit.
Done trying to find better jewelry shops, but this one actually surprised me. good quality and fair prices. will probably return later for more pieces!
