Nothing too exciting, but it got the job done

The process was alright, nothing too exciting but i got what I needed. The prices seemed fair and the whole thing went smoothly without any fuss or issues.

Feel let down by the lack of guidance

I was disappointed with how little guidance I received when buying gold. The staff seemed more interested in pushing products than helping me understand the options available.
