Fairly solid gold dealer with friendly staff but slow process
While my experience with this gold dealer was okay overall, I felt some parts could have been smoother. They staff were friendly and answered my questions honestly, which I appreciated. The process took a bit longer than expected but nothing too frustrating. It's kind of like the meme that says “Patience is also a form of action”, reminds me to keep calm when things don’t move as quickly as I'd hope. Not bad for someone new to investing in precious metals, though there's definitely room for improvement in their communication flow. If you're looking for basic service without any major issues, they can get the job done solidly enough, just not spectacularly so.
