Interesting process but lacked wow factor
This turned out to be quite the experience, though not exactly what I expected. The staff was friendly enough and helpful in explaining some of the details about gold refining. Prices seemed fair but nothing extraordinary compared to other options I've looked into. The process took longer than anticipated, which left me a bit underwhelmed after hearing all the hype beforehand. Still, they did deliver on their promise and handled everything professionally once it got going. It’s one of those situations where you walk away feeling mostly satisfied but didn’t get that wow factor I’d hoped for from all the glowing reviews online.
