Decent spot for gold, nothing special
The staff was helpful, though somewhat reserved. The usual display counter setup makes browsing straightforward. Overall, a decent place to check out for gold purchases but nothing exceptional stood out.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
I came from Iowa to help a friend who had lost her husband sort through his estate. She was still in a state of mourning, and had never done anything like this before. Our first experience was terrible! And I was worried that if the next one went as badly, all would be lost. Mario was AWESOME. We called for directions when we got lost, and he was waiting at the door when we arrived! We learned so much. 38 years of experience will do that for you! Mario was warm and charming and generous and MORE THAN FAIR. I will be forever grateful to him for putting a smile back on my friend's face. THANK YOU, MARIO. Five stars INFINITY!!!

Mario absolutely deserves the praise
I more than agree with the last review, I worked with Mario when I was living in Michigan, and he honestly made a lasting impression. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable through the whole process. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just business. Too often we only leave reviews when we’re upset, but I felt truly compelled to share a positive experience. Mario absolutely deserves the praise.
