Okay so I found their selection decent, and the staff was knowledgeable enough. Prices seemed fair for precious metals but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a solid experience if you're just browsing without high expectations or real urgency.
The process was okay, nothing exceptional but no major issues either. Felt like they could have explained some things a bit clearer before making any decisions. Left it at that.
Honestly, I was frustrated at first trying to navigate their process but in the end, they really knew their stuff and made it straightforward. Fair prices and no nonsense, definitely worth trusting.
Had a great time with them, part of old auction win and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for gold deals!
