They seemed knowledgeable about the coins and provided clear information on each one I looked at. The process felt smooth, with no unnecessary delays or confusion. Mark? Matt? One of them helped me select some coins that fit my budget, which was appreciated since I'm new to collecting. Overall, it’s an experience that didn’t leave much room for complaints but also didn't blow me away either, somewhere around solidly average in terms of service quality if you're just looking to browse or buy modestly priced items.
