The process itself was smooth and straightforward, which I appreciated. Staff members were helpful when I needed clarification but didn't press too hard. My only hesitation is that some aspects felt undersaid at first glance, requiring me to do additional research afterward. Overall for what it’s worth everything went pretty well with no major hiccups, just wish I'd known all these things sooner so my experience could have been even better from the start.

Knowledgeable but they're too pushy for me
