I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I first contacted them, but they made the whole process surprisingly smooth. The staff was friendly and patient answered all my questions without rushing me along. They offered some helpful guidance on different gold options which made me feel more confident about my choices. When I received everything, it looked just as good in person as promised online, no surprises there. Was this normal for a dealer? It seemed way too easy compared to other places I've dealt with before! This experience left me feeling pleased and secure knowing I got fair treatment throughout the entire transaction.
The guys at Gold Mind Jewelers were friendly, but I felt a nearly imperceptible unease during the visit. Prices seemed okay, just didn’t get that warm feeling you’d hope for when shopping jewelry.
While I appreciated the wide selection of gold pieces, it felt more like they were interested in making a sale than genuinely helping. Still, my collection is better for it.
