Could use clearer info but still friendly and easy to work with
Initially, I thought the process was straightforward. However, I only realized late that some of their offerings could have been explained more clearly. Despite that, they were friendly and easy to work with. Overall a decent experience but left me wishing for better upfront communication about options and details.
