Visited them considering my options for selling some gold coins. The process was straightforward enough and they offered a decent price, but it’s fine. Staff seemed knowledgeable, which is good but it’s fine. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point, though nothing extraordinary stood out either; it's just standard service, but it’s fine. Overall, the transaction went smoothly without issues and I got what I expected in terms of settlement time, so that counts as positive now and then, but it’s fine. Might consider returning if needed again since there's no big downside to working with them generally; honestly fairly average experience overall but it’s fine.
