The process was pretty straightforward, just a quick in-and-out experience. I had read some reviews beforehand that made me a bit cautious but overall it went smoothly. The staff seemed knowledgeable enough and answered my questions without hesitation. Prices were fair, though nothing extraordinary compared to other places I've been to recently. It felt like they knew their stuff but maybe lacked that extra level of customer care that makes you feel really valued. Still, for simple transactions or if you're curious about coins, it's an okay spot as long as expectations aren’t too high going in.
