Masterclass in Customer Service and Efficiency
I am a precious metals wholesaler, working with the likes of Money Metals Exchange, Dillon Gage, and APMEX, and have been going here for over a year now. To date, I have not seen a precious metals buyer/supplier with a level comparable to the customer service, processing efficiency, or ease of use as the Riverside Elemetal Location. I can drop off my metals (scrap, coin, etc.) in person or send it via their provided mail service and it is processed usually same day. Compare this to others who take 5-7 business days to process or treat you with contempt as you do business with them. Bryan, who is branch manager, and now Madison, his associate branch manager, run this location diligently and with the utmost in professionalism. It's always a pleasure to conduct business with them, to the point where I make it my final stop so every trip (I drive a substantial distance to this location) ends on a positive note. As of now, they are my go-to place to sell precious metals, as the service and speed can't be matched.
