Decent selection and friendly staff, though the visit was a bit on the dull side. Nothing too exciting but they know their coins well and I left satisfied with my purchase.

The coins arrived in a plain plastic bag that didn't do much to protect them during transit. Some of the pieces looked shiny at first glance but revealed minor scratches and tarnishing upon closer inspection. The pricing was decent, though I felt some aspects could have been handled more carefully in packaging to prevent handling marks. Customer service responded promptly when I had questions but lacked enthusiasm or reassurance about product quality expectations. Overall, it’s an okay experience if you're not too particular but maybe worth exploring other dealers for better presentation and selection standards, it’s just enough to keep me cautiously returning, without overflowing trust yet.

The staff is knowledgeable enough to answer questions without being overly pushy or intrusive each day. Transaction processes are straightforward which makes buying simple overall on most days. However, some prices seemed higher than I expected considering market fluctuations quite often comparison shopping always helpful in this trade every day. Delivery times tend to vary though they do get items out eventually which keeps patience necessary usually when ordering online every week.
