The staff was helpful and provided straightforward information during my visit. No unnecessary upselling, which I appreciated. Overall, a decent place for coin transactions in Sacramento.
Stopped by the coin dealer expecting a straightforward visit and left feeling pretty satisfied. The staff was friendly enough, and their selection of coins seemed well-organized. I appreciated how they took time to evaluate my collection carefully without rushing me out the door. They offered some good advice on rare finds though I wish there were more options for appraisals on higher-end pieces. Pricing felt fair given the market but could have been better in certain areas, sometimes it seemed like there might be room for negotiation? Overall decent experience with helpful people, just not quite stellar across all fronts as I'd hoped after reading reviews elsewhere.
