Process was smooth and transparent, with clear guidance. The maples looked better than expected, which added a nice touch to the overall transaction I’d recommend for anyone considering this option.
The process took longer than expected and it was pretty exhausting. Still, everything went smoothly in the end without any major issues. Not my favorite experience but it got done... oh well.

When I contacted them to inquire about their services, the agent I spoke to was slow to respond and gave the impression that they weren’t really interested in doing business with me. The answers were short and unhelpful, and it felt like I was being brushed off. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re not valued as a potential customer, especially when making serious investment decisions. I’ve decided to look elsewhere for a company that shows more interest in working with their clients.
