Mixed feelings about the appraisal process and communication
My visit left me feeling somewhat mixed. The staff was friendly enough, and I appreciated that they explained some of the appraisal process clearly. However, after agreeing on a price and leaving my items short time later I received an email with no details or explanation about how they arrived at their valuation It felt like there were gaps in communication and it didn’t quite add up. While not completely dissatisfied I wouldn’t say this experience stood out positively either. For anyone considering selling jewelry here it might be worth comparing options just to get a better sense before making any decisions or commitments.
