A mostly smooth process with room for improvement
The process was fine, nothing extraordinary but definitely not disappointing either. They responded to my questions in a timely manner which was fine and kept things moving smoothly enough. Some of the procedures felt a little too formal for my taste but overall it stayed just fine. The online platform worked well most of the time although there were moments when I wished it had been a bit more intuitive or user-friendly that would have made everything feel even finer. It’s all quite functional and decent simply nothing truly outstanding so far yet still good enough to get by with no major complaints on balance, just an okay experience really.
