Waiting for a callback can be frustrating but the staff answered my questions well
Waiting on a call back can be frustrating sometimes. I had high hopes and felt confident about my transaction but found the process took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed knowledgeable enough when they did answer and answered my questions without too much fuss. Still, there’s something about the waiting that leaves you feeling unsure if you're getting everything done efficiently or just being tossed around in the shuffle. Prices were decent though not necessarily outstanding considering other options out there. Overall, no big complaints but also nothing to rave about either, just fair all around with moments of hiccup here and there.
