The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly at first glance, which made me feel comfortable handing over my gold. Yet afterward, I'm not entirely sure if I got the best deal or just okay terms overall. It's one of those places where you leave thinking maybe there were better options out there somewhere else. Still, they did what they promised in most respects; it's just hard to gauge whether it truly worked in my favor all around.
