Went in to check out some items and was happy with the service, but I felt a bit left hanging at the end without clear next steps. Still good overall though, just wish there was more closure.
I recently sold some old jewelry there, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I’m no expert when it comes to gold or jewelry, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the owner was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions without making me feel silly. It really put me at ease. He was super nice, very professional, and didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got a fair price for my jewelry, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
