An okay place for small gold transactions with some room to improve
Looking for a gold dealer that’s kind of reliable but not perfect was a bit of an adventure. The staff were friendly enough and seemed to know their stuff, though I felt like some explanations could have been clearer. Their selection was decent but maybe kinda limited if you're used to more variety elsewhere. The pricing wasn’t bad either, but nothing really stood out as exceptional too, just sort of average in my opinion. Overall, it’s okay if you’re just looking to get started or make small transactions without any fuss. Still, I’d say there's room for improvement on the customer experience part so it'll probably be somewhere you visit once in a while rather than your go-to spot indefinitely.
