The selection was decent and it was good to go at their own pace. Had to push a bit, but overall the experience felt straightforward without feeling rushed.

The whole process felt almost invisible which was exactly what I needed. Dropping off my jewelry and knowing it would be handled smoothly gave me a SENSE OF RELIEF (yes really!), even if part of me remains wary about the actual value given. They were friendly enough but didn’t overstep or pressure at all, leaving things simple and straightforward. While I only walked away with a very good offer, not quite as high as I'd hoped for some pieces, overall it left an impression that they are fair traders who know their stuff. It’s definitely worth considering if you want to get rid of old jewelry without complications in the background.
