Decent enough, but a bit unclear at times
The staff was helpful and straightforward. I appreciated their knowledge but felt some things could be clearer. When I mentioned my concerns, someone’s reaction seemed a bit surprised. Overall, it was decent, though not exceptional for gold purchases online or in person if needed.
