Helpful service, but it could use a bit more guidance
Had a pretty smooth experience selling some old jewelry here. The staff was friendly and didn't push me too hard, which I appreciated. They offered fair prices based on current gold rates but didn’t seem to go out of their way to explain how they arrived at the quote. One thing I forgot to ask about or bring in was my necklace clasp that’s missing stones; honestly, it would have been nice if they had reminded me before starting the process so everything could be checked properly. Overall, decent spot with good service, just wish there was a little more guidance during the sale.
