Helpful staff made the buying process clearer but it could have been smoother
That thing about their knowledge really stood out. They explained everything clearly and handled my questions without rushing through or making me feel like I was a burden. The process for purchasing the gold felt straightforward, which I appreciated since that thing can sometimes be complicated elsewhere. However, there were moments when things took longer than expected, and that thing could have been managed better to keep it smoother overall. Still, they showed genuine interest in helping me understand what I was investing in without overselling or pushing too hard, that thing matters more than you might think with this kind of transaction. All in all, it's definitely a decent place if you're looking into precious metals investment but aren’t expecting perfection every step of the way.
