Heard about investing in gold from a friend of a friend and decided to look into it. The process with this dealer was smooth enough, and they explained things clearly which helped me feel more confident making the decision. I appreciated how straightforward everything was, though at times I felt there could have been more detailed guidance on certain options. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but arrived in good condition. Overall, it's been an interesting experience so far my expectations were mixed but leaning toward positive because their staff seemed genuine and willing to answer any questions quickly whenever needed. Would consider working with them again if I decide to expand my holdings later on.
