Frustrating at first but things FINALLY got sorted out
At first, I felt pretty frustrated with how complicated the process was. There were a few confusing moments and some delays that left me wondering if I made the right choice. However, after sticking through it, everything settled down and seemed to work out okay in the end. The staff responded eventually and answered my questions clearly enough to ease my worries. It wasn’t perfect or seamless, but by the time we wrapped up, I felt somewhat relieved knowing things had been managed properly. Not sure I'd say it's top-notch service yet but it's decent enough for what you pay for, thanks for helping me get this sorted!
