Hey, just wanted to share a quick thought. I recently sold some old jewelry here and the process was pretty smooth overall. The staff was friendly and attentive, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They offered a fair price based on current market trends which I appreciated because I've heard different stories elsewhere. My only minor note is that it took slightly longer than expected for everything to be finalized but nothing too frustrating. All in all, I'm satisfied with how things went and would consider returning if needed again someday, that whole experience left me feeling steadily grateful even if not perfect from start to finish.
