Had some jewelry I wanted to sell and found this place listed online. They are located in a small storefront with glass display cases, which gave it a welcoming feel. The staff was friendly but somewhat rushed during my visit, making the process seem quicker than I'd prefer. Their appraisal method involves standard testing equipment and they offer cash on the spot if you accept their price. While they seemed knowledgeable about various precious metals and stones, I felt like there could be more transparency regarding valuation criteria. Overall, it's an okay option for quick transactions but not necessarily where you'd get top dollar or detailed explanations if you're looking for something more personalized.
