friendly staff but a bit underwhelming overall
My visit to the pawn shop was pretty quick and a little blurry. The staff seemed friendly enough but maybe not very engaged, which made it hard to get detailed info about some items I was interested in. They offered fair prices for my jewelry, though I wasn’t blown away by the overall deal structure. Storage conditions looked decent and everything felt secure; I appreciated that aspect since safety is important when handling valuables. It’s not a place I'd rush back to immediately but wouldn’t hesitate if needed again, just wish things were a bit more polished or personalized during visits like this one. Overall, solid enough experience with room for improvement.
