Decent gold dealer with fair prices but a rushed process
My experience with this gold dealer was a mixed bag. They offered some attractive options and seemed knowledgeable, which I appreciated. However, the process felt a little hurried at times like they were more interested in closing deals than answering all my questions thoroughly. The prices were fair but not the best I've seen, just putting that out there, and I hesitated before making any commitments. Customer service was helpful enough when needed but didn't go above and beyond to make me feel completely confident about my purchase or sale decisions. Overall it’s decent if you’re just casually looking around without urgent needs; nothing too exceptional but certainly no major issues either.
