The staff was helpful when I needed quick cash for a Guitar Hero controller. The process was straightforward but not overly friendly. Prices seemed fair, though the shop had cluttered shelves and mixed merchandise. Overall decent experience with some room for improvement in customer service.

Met my expectations without exceeding them, which is sometimes just what you need. The staff was friendly and straightforward, making the process smooth from start to finish. I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and procedures. It felt reliable but not overly polished or commercialized, more like talking with someone who genuinely knows their stuff. While everything went well enough for a positive experience, it didn’t quite blow me away either, that rare spark that makes you want to come back immediately. Still, it's reassuring knowing there's a trustworthy option nearby whenever needed so I’ll probably return if necessary…to be continued…
