could be better but the process was okay
Decided to sell some gold recently and the process went smoothly enough. The staff was friendly but not super attentive, which left me feeling a bit underserved at times. I’ve started doing more things on my own now rather than relying fully on professionals for these deals, so overall it’s okay but could be better.
