a pretty average experience but fair overall
Decided to visit today after hearing some mixed reviews, and I guess that counts as being patient. The staff was friendly enough but seemed a bit busy so responses were quick. They gave me an honest appraisal of my jewelry without pushing for the highest offer. While it wasn’t exactly what I hoped for financially, it felt fair considering the condition of my items. Nothing special really stood out, though overall everything went smoothly and efficiently. If you're in no rush or expecting top dollar all at once this place is okay to consider from time to time, just don’t expect anything extraordinary.
