Potential for improvement with some more attention to detail

While I appreciate the variety of coins available, there’s a sense that they’re still working on balancing their inventory and customer service. The staff was friendly enough but didn’t always seem fully prepared to answer detailed questions about rare coin values which left me a bit unsure. Prices seemed fair for some items but not as competitive overall. On my last visit, I felt somewhat reassured that with more attention to detail and better organization it could become a stronger resource for collectors like myself. It's clear they're trying to improve, so I'll probably give them another shot in the future to see how things develop.
