Helpful staff who really took the time to understand what I wanted
Received a piece I’ve been eyeing and the staff was very helpful without being pushy. They took their time explaining different options, making sure I understood everything clearly. It felt like they genuinely cared about my preferences and helped me find something I really love on that visit, and again when reviewing details later.
