The tone of the staff was refreshingly friendly and approachable, which made me feel comfortable right away. They didn’t come across as overly salesy but still confident in their knowledge about gold trading. The atmosphere had a relaxed vibe that put me at ease during what I expected to be a more tense process. My only small gripe is that sometimes it felt like they could have been a bit clearer with some explanations, but overall I left feeling positive about my experience. Their attitude definitely made this transaction smoother than anticipated and I'd consider coming back if needed again soon.
