friendly staff and a vintage coin surprise but room for more variety
While I didn’t have any major issues, there were a few small things that kept this from being perfect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable enough to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. They offered some good options, but I wish they had more variety in their inventory. One thing I noticed is that the office space felt slightly cluttered which gave me an impression of hurried organization rather than professionalism. Still, when it came to handling my transaction everything went smoothly and transparently. Also, interestingly enough they had a vintage coin collection tucked away behind the counter, something you don’t see every day at a gold dealer like this!
