The staff seemed eager to help but felt more focused on their own agenda than my needs. I left feeling it was a decent spot, though maybe not the most transparent. Overall okay, but didn't quite build full trust during my visit.

The process was straightforward and efficient. Their knowledge was clear but not overly pushy, which I appreciated. That’s what stood out in the end, how comfortable I felt making a decision without any pressure altogether.
